Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Sellsheet. By creating an account you agree to them. Please read them, we’ve kept them short.

1. Your account

You’re responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.

2. Free trial

New accounts include a 7-day free trial with full access. No payment is required to start. When the trial ends, choose a plan to continue; otherwise your workspace becomes read-only until you subscribe. We never delete your data for non-payment.

3. Plans & billing

• Monthly, $5, renews every month until cancelled.
• Yearly, $40, renews every 12 months.
• 2 Years, $70, renews every 24 months.
• Lifetime, $100 one-time, never expires.

Recurring plans renew automatically at the end of each term. You can cancel anytime to stop future renewals; access continues until the paid period ends.

4. Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the service, no illegal activity, no attempts to break security, and no reselling access without permission.

5. Your content

Your data is yours. You grant us only the permission needed to store and display it back to you and the partners you invite.

6. Availability & liability

We work hard to keep the service reliable but provide it “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms; we’ll notify you of material changes. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
